Please inform the skin specialist of all and any allergies you have and medications, medical conditions and past skin conditions so that we can choose products and treatments that won't interact.

With specific skin concerns such as hyper pigmentation or acne, many clients will see the most significant results with a series of treatments. If you have healthy skin, you may not need regular monthly facials. Our skin specialist will advise on the best treatment plan after giving you a full skincare assessment.

You will get a full skincare assessment with our skin specialist to determine your skin’s exact needs, meaning that we can recommend the right facial and products to suit you.

Please do not shave, or have laser treatments, peels, waxing, or aggressive exfoliations one week prior to Dermaplaning treatments.
Avoid topical products that contain alpha or beta hydroxyl acids, retinols or Retin-A for approximately 72 hours before Dermaplaning treatments.
You should wait 14 days after receiving botox or dermal fillers to receive Dermaplaning treatments.

There is no recovery time following treatment, you may immediately return to your normal activities.
Wash your face with a gentle, acid-free cleanser, tepid water and avoid topical products that contain alpha or beta hydroxyl acids, retinols or Retin-A for approximately 72 hours or longer. If irritation occurs after applying the above products, wait a few more days to allow your skin to heal.
Apply moisturizer at least twice daily for a minimum of 7 days post treatment.
Avoid excessive heat, sun beds, steam rooms/ saunas, sun exposure for a minimum of 14 days post treatment. If you must be in the sun, apply SPF 30 or greater, reapply often, wear a hat, and seek shade when possible.
Avoid facial waxing for 7 days.
Avoid chlorine for 24 hours.
No scrubs, peels, or aggressive brushes for 7 days.
Avoid dermal fillers and Botox/Xeomin for 2 to 3 weeks.
Do apply serums as absorption levels will be elevated.
Be sparing with self-tan, remember absorption levels are elevated.
You may experience a slight windburn sensation post treatment and skincare products may tingle slightly, this is normal for the first few days.
Makeup may be worn if the skin is not broken.
